
Artistry “The Global Art of Mixing” Press Conference @ Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur
The lastest Artistry ‘The Global Art of Mixing” party shook the grounds of Bukit Kiara Indoor Arena recently with a superb party that hit the highs of sophisticated clubbers all over town. Pulling out all the stops for the recent soiree, the event saw more than 5,000 party goers congregate for one magnificent night of stellar performances by some of the world’s finest performers. A blend of beautiful and sophisticated party-loving people from radio DJs, VJs, actors, singers, celebrities, models and even a hand full of former Miss Malaysia’s all turned up to celebrate the biggest party to hit Kuala Lumpur this year. The fusion of musical acts from the East and West that lined-up for the night sizzled from beginning to end and put clubbers on an astral journey of canorous beats.
Staying true to its trademark, the Artistry party had guests’ in complete amazement as they entered the “Art of Blending” tunnel, leading to the main party arena. Jaw-dropping expressions spread across the faces of punters as they took in the chic décor that clad the entire venue. Completely revolutionizing the arena into a classy world-class club set-up, the hall featured countless plasma screens displaying head-turning visuals and futuristic bars that served delectable concoctions of Hennessy long drinks like: Hennessy V.S.O.P with apple juice, with ginger ale and soda. In addition to these delicious recipes, two other innovative concoctions where also offered at the interactive bar, like Hennessy V.S.O.P with ice cream soda and coke.

They’ve collaborated with DJs from Japan, HK, Singapore and even Australia and Canada, to deliver catchy hiphop, trance, rap and pop with equal ease.

Mr Sam is Mr Sam. He’s the cool customer whose live performances focus on a well balanced fusion of trance, progressive and electro. Izal from One Buck Short. With chart-toppers, awards and fans across the region, One Buck Short is without doubt one of Asia’s leading rock acts today. Hand-picked to support American rock band Fall Out Boy, and winners of 3 awards including Best Rock Group and Best Rock Song at the 2009 Voize Independent Music Awards, these guys have definitely got what it takes to get you bopping, hopping and moshing non-stop!

DJ Camilo was enable to attend the press conference.For sheer boundless energy on the decks, DJ Camilo has no equal. Hand-picked to be the main DJ of the “Heavy Hitters” group and the most-booked DJ in New York, he’s a true artist with a knack for taking the party from climax to climax. Across Europe and North America, from London to Las Vegas, he’s hit the highs for thousands of clubbers. It’s no wonder that they call him “The International Club King”!
Milinka Radisic also was enable to attend the press conference. She’s Indonesia’s finest tech house DJ – and she’s got the awards to prove it. Voted Best Rookie of the Year in ’06 & ’07, and Best Female DJ in ’07 and ’08, this beautiful DJ is taking on the world with her trademark style of tech house vibes. With the capacity to play anything from minimal, electro to progressive techno, Milinka’s cutting-edge style has filled dancefloors from Ibiza to Zurich, and now KL!
Lumisense also was enable to attend the press conference. Be the first in Malaysia and Asia to witness the spectacular wizardry of 3D Light and Visual Mapping effects designed by this talented pair from France and Singapore.
